Educational Background:
Prof. Khaled A. El-Mattrawy is an Economist whose research is in the area of Macroeconomics, Economic Growth, and Economic Development. His awards include the USAID Scholarship Award, and New School scholarship. He has served as a consultant in m any projects in the Middle East and the USA. He teaches a range of courses at the undergraduate and the graduate levels, including Macroeconomics, Economic Growth, Economic Development, Political Economy. , Economics of Crime, Labor Economics, and Economics of the Environment. He also assisted in designing a new curriculum for the many of the Economics Departments.
