Victor Pinneker

Director of Information Technology

Mr. Pinneker is an expert in multiple areas of Information Technology including hardware, software, design, networking, operating systems, installation and Internet connectivity. He was involved in building a responsive Information Technology System at the American University in Central Asia (AUCA) where he designed and fully restructured the AUCA Local Area Network (LAN). At AUCA, he also reorganized and managed the Information Technology Department. He has been a Director at IT companies in Germany, USA and Kyrgyzstan.
