Educational Background:

  • PhD, Rhetoric, Linguistics and Literature University of Southern California

Dr. Elspeth Smith has experience organizing, funding, and implementing initiatives that improve educational and workplace access and opportunity. She is also skilled in establishing performance assessment programs and has participated in the accreditation of English programs in international higher education. She is a former Fulbright at the University of Liberia, Monrovia.
